hello! My name is Kelly, I'm a visual development artist, character designer, and author-illustrator based in Los Angeles.
I was born and raised in Kaohsiung, Taiwan, and moved to New York in middle school. I love storytelling through world-building, especially exploring relationships between identities and places. I graduated from the Rhode Island School of Design with a BFA in illustration and now make art for children and animation.
When I'm not drawing, I enjoy going to cafes, hiking, finding new pieces for my wardrobe, and FaceTiming my dogs.
